About me

A few words from Ann...

I have been coaching, supervising and training coaches for over 15 years, during which time I have worked with 400+ individuals as their coach, and around 60+ coaches as their supervisor.

I have an established private coaching, personal development and supervision practice, and also work through the world-class Henley Business School, where I am an Executive Fellow and Visiting Faculty member in the School of Leadership, Organisation and Behaviour.

My Sea Change events for women bring the work I love doing into an environment I am drawn to time and time again.
